“We have stayed in many hotels, Inns and Airbnbs in Santa Barbara. This is by far the best. Place was very clean, comfortable and modern. Great location. Not the noise of State street outside your room. This will be the place we stay at moving forward.”

“Nice quiet location yet walkable to downtown theaters and State street. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. The room is nicely appointed and included a small refrigerator and Nespresso machine.”

“Room 12 is nice because it’s at the back of the building and it’s a 2 bed. I really enjoy this room. If you stay here is recommended a 2 bedroom rather then a studio.”

“Had a great stay at Casa de la Vina. We walked or used the public bikes to get around everywhere. We had one challenge getting into the door at night, but called the support line and a human was on immediately to help us (we just weren't pushing the right way). We appreciated knowing there was a human available at any time to help us. The room was clean and comfortable, just as pictures depicted. We'd definitely stay here again!”

“This may have been the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed in. Parking was included and easy. Door entry was easy with a code. It was self check-in but the staff was responsive within a few minutes to any question I texted. This location at De La Vina was perfectly quiet at night. It was a 10-12 minute walk to good restaurants on or near State Street and about 15 minute walk to the nearest beach. I appreciated the minimalist coastal aesthetic. I’d stay again and look up their properties in other locations.”
