Great place to stay in Santa Barbara
I visit Santa Barbara three or four times a year on business and this is now my first choice for places to stay. Immaculately clean and very well equipped. Convenient for all that State Street and it's surrounds have to offer. Free parking on-site.

Very comfortable unit, easy walking to downtown Santa Barbara
We really enjoyed our stay at Casa de la Vina. Unit was clean, comfortable and well appointed, including coffee pods for the Nespresso Vertuo machine. Great location, a pleasant 10 minute walk to downtown SB.

Great place for little fur babies
Rooms are great, very modern. Property is beautiful and clean. Everything is within walking distance. Pet friendly. Very nice place to stay when spending a weekend in Santa Barbara.

Great location. Lovely Room.
We were very happy with the studio room with king bed. Very clean and modern and pretty and had a microwave and hot pot for breakfast making (bonus...popcorn was included). Also love the rooftop deck for hanging out and relaxing before walking into town. We walked to State street for dinners (abundant selection) and walked to the beach too. The property is beautiful, the communication flowed and the location was perfect for us (we like to walk into town). Plenty of parking too. We'd definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Great stay at this place. Perfectly clean, nice touches like earplugs and a sound machine for any light noise (there really wasn’t any noise unless you slept all day while the train went by)! It was so close to restaurants and shops, and appropriately priced. Thanks!

Prime location
It was my husband and I’s first time visiting Santa Barbara and we couldn’t have had a more enjoyable stay. The location was perfect! So close to downtown and also walking distance to the pier. The entire place was so beautiful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. It had all the necessities and even an espresso machine! There was a shared deck on top that was very beautiful. The sunsets were amazing. There is also a market on the corner of the street. Overall a 10/10! We will definitely be back soon!
