Absolutely one the best stay!
Love this property. Everything is up to date and great quality. Bed is one of the best we have slept. Room is well stocked and super clean. I love how beautiful the room is decorated, modern to my taste. Details are well designed and thought. The staff were friendly and it was relief to know that there is a management team that is available during the day. This location is quite safe and convenient. I highly recommend it and would definitely come back again!

Awesome Experience
Stayed in the 2BR/2BA and it was PERFECT for a Dual Professional working-vacation. Extremely clean, everything worked well, lives like it is brand new, comfortable beds, the high ceilings with the multiple AC/Heat units made each professional capable of dialing in their "Hot room" vs. "Cold room" for a perfect working hours at desks vs. nighttime sleep temps, and the central living area with kitchen perfectly supported two ultra-driven professionals. This facility's location is just a few blocks from the heart of Santa Barbara's social/dining scene and/or highway access is exceptional. When I'm back in S.B. I will definitely be checking out availability at this facility - EXCELLENT experience. Only constructive criticism would be suggesting the Ownership outfit each bed with 1-Extra sleeping pillow that is a lower/medium pile height as I ended up needing to use one of the unit's throw-pillows for proper neck support. My partner said the same thing so it was kind of the classic "hotel pillow SNAFU", otherwise a perfect stay!

Great value in the heart of downtown
Casa De La Vina is a beautiful property in the heart of Santa Barbara. Proximity to restaurants, the beach and shopping is excellent. The design is gorgeous both inside and out and made for incredible photos. The view in the evening from the rooftop is quintessential Santa Barbara and we couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more! The thoughtfully stocked unit with full kitchen, laundry room, steamer, luxurious linens, coffee and tea selection and ample parking made our stay comfortable, convenient and classy! Will definitely be back!

Clean, modern, and very comfortable!
Our priorities when staying at a hotel/airbnb are cleanliness, quiet, and comfort. This place is 5/5 in all 3 categories. The aesthetic is perfect, it’s quiet, and the furniture/environment is very comfortable. Also, it is stocked with everything you need. I can’t wait to stay here again.

Immaculate
This unit was absolutely beautiful! Every detail was perfect and so comfortable! Would have loved to stay longer. So pleasantly surprised how roomy this unit was and so comfortable, quiet, clean and new. Enjoyed every minute we had here. Would love to come back or try other zipstay properties!

Beautiful Apartment, Lovely Stay!
We absolutely loved our stay in unit 13! This place was fabulous. It was very clean and we had everything we needed in the modern kitchen, including an amazing spice rack. It was close to the the ocean, State Street, and the Funk zone. Everything was new and stylish. The beds were super comfortable, bathrooms were fully stocked and they offer sound machines. My favorite part was the rooftop deck to relax and enjoy a glass of wine. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Beautiful, clean and modern escape in Santa Barbara
We absolutely loved our stay! We stayed in unit 13 and the place was very clean. We had everything we needed, including pots, laundry detergent, pans, foil, and an amazing spice rack. Playpen, high chair and changing mat were in good condition. Parking was a breeze with their covered and uncovered lot. Extremely well stocked and one of the best places we’ve stayed in given it was within walking distance to the ocean and state street. Funk zone was only a 15 min walk from our stay. Everything was new, stylish and the AC was really easy to operate (separate controls in each bedroom and the living area). Beds are super comfortable, bathrooms were fully stocked and they offer sound machines. Having the keyless lock was fantastic for everyone staying in the unit and we appreciated the staff allowing us to check in a bit early since no one was staying in the place the night before. Roof deck was really nice and a great space for our 1 year old to run around. Even though there was no physical “lobby” for this place, the best part was the service. All my emails were answered quickly and it was really easy to get a hold of the staff through their service line if we needed anything (including a corkscrew late at night!). We would love to stay here again!!!

We stayed three nights over a weekend. Very efficient check in and check out process. Super responsive and professional support staff. Unit was very clean, well equipped, and everything worked. The building and grounds were well maintained. (The building is still new.). Very peaceful and quiet. Very well managed. We had an enjoyable stay. My compliments.

Our stay was excellent and the place great. The only problem that we had was that the second day we didn’t have hot water in the shower. The rest was perfect.
